Prospects is the latest chapter in a story that began over a decade ago on Wellington's waterfront.
In 2013, Charley Noble opened its doors in Wellington, a venue built on the belief that great hospitality should feel effortless, generous, and deeply considered. That philosophy grew into The Food Lab, a creative catering and events concept that pushed the boundaries of what New Zealand produce and technique could achieve. Together, they built a reputation for hospitality that is genuinely warm, quietly confident, and always rooted in place.

Perched in the heart of Queenstown at 35 Brecon Street, Prospects is an elevated New Zealand dining experience, a celebration of what this country grows, raises, and makes, presented at its finest. The menu is built around the seasons, shaped by relationships with producers, and delivered with the care and craft the group has spent years refining.
