We come from a long line of hospitality entrepreneurs, and Prospects is the next chapter for Knife Block Hospitality. Our ambition is simple: to build a team of talented, driven people who take pride in what they do and want to create genuinely memorable dining experiences.
We believe the small things matter.
It’s in the produce we choose, the suppliers we work with and the things we make in-house. It’s in knowing what’s on the plate and in the glass, where it came from and why it’s there. It’s remembering a guest, noticing what they need before they ask and looking out for the people working beside you.
Our wood-fired grill sits at the heart of our open-plan kitchen, giving guests a look into the energy, craft and people behind their food. We want that same sense of connection to run throughout Prospects. Between our kitchen and floor, our team and our guests, and the restaurant and the incredible region we get to call home.
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for people who take pride in what they do.
People who notice the details. Who are curious, switched on and genuinely enjoy hospitality. People who want to learn, share what they know and be surrounded by others who care about doing things well.
We don’t expect you to walk through the door knowing everything. Experience is important, but so are attitude, curiosity and a willingness to learn.
What we do expect is that you show up, contribute, look after your team and care about the experience we’re creating together.
